WHO warns Pakistan of alarming rise in coronavirus cases since April

Photo: Reuters/file The World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has warned Pakistan about the alarming rise in coronavirus cases reported after the country reported 1,991 new cases in the last 24 hours. In a situational report for coronavirus in Pakistan, OCHA highlighted Punjab as the most affected province with 11,093 reported cases, followed by Sindh with 10,771 cases.
