A ship carrying 69 containers of plastic waste that was mislabeled as recyclable waste has arrived in Canada. It was accidentally sent to the Philipines earlier this year causing a diplomatic dispute between the two countries that lasted months. The Canadian government has said that the waste will be incinerated but the timing is uncertain.
