Top ranking conservative politician and member of Parliament Philip Hammond has announced that he plans to resign if Boris Johnson becomes the new prime minister of the UK. He went on to explain that Parliament will not be able to stop Johnson from going forward with a no-deal Brexit and that Johnson is likely to win.
