Malinga retires after Sri Lanka defeats Bangladesh

On Friday, Sri Lanka defeated Bangladesh by 91 runs in the first of a three day match series. Lasith Malinga scored 4 wickets during the wickets and said after the game, “I feel it’s the right time for me to retire from ODIs. I have been playing for the last 15 years for Sri Lanka and this is the right time to move on. My time is over and I have to go.” Malinga scored a total of 338 wickets in his ODI career.
