Twitter The Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) has issued a list of recognized colleges and universities that are operating outside the country and has added them to a “Green List”. “Any college which is NOT on this GREEN LIST is NOT Recognised irrespective of whether it is listed or not on the Grey or Black List,” it said.
