More than 30 US state attorneys general are readying an investigation into Alphabet’s Google for potential antitrust violations, a source knowledgeable about the probe said on Tuesday. Texas leads the group of 30-plus attorneys general, which plans to announce the probe on September 9, the source said. Search engine giant said that it was cooperating with the state officials.
NASA has spotted a new impact crater on Mars and has released images for the public to see. Experts have said that the blue area around the center of impact may be water or ice but this remains unconfirmed. Scientists have found more than 500 of these craters on Mars's surface.

ISLAMABAD: The telecom regulatory authority on Saturday extended the registration date for all such mobile devices that come with dual SIMs and have separate international mobile equipment identity (IMEI) till Sept 15. Two weeks ago, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) had asked all subscribers with dual SIM mobile phones to register their IMEI numbers before Aug 31.
